- Is everything GOLD COIN makes really limited edition?
Yes. All GC items are made in limited runs and numbered on their inside labels.
- Why are some items priced higher than average?
At GC we try to keep our items as affordable as possible. However, most GC items are custom cut & sewn garments made with only the best materials available. Add on the fact that our runs will go as low as 25 and this does add up some times. Think of it this way, you get what you pay for. We sometimes have to charge more for more detailed & limited products.
- What is "cut & sew"?
The term "cut & sew" refers to a certain manufacturing process. Some products are made simple by purchasing pre-made garments and embellishing them with printing or embroidery while cut and sewn items are designed from scratch. Think designing a piece, making a pattern, cutting a certain chosen fabric, and then sewing it together. This allows for products to be more diverse.
- Why did my friend get stickers in his order and I didn't?
We try to put in free stickers in orders as often as possible. Sometimes we are out however and some orders have to ship without them. Sorry.
SHIPPING:
- Please allow all orders 48hrs. to process.
- Orders ship within 48hrs. of being processed.
- Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.
- Please allow 2 weeks (USA) / 3 weeks (Intl.) for delivery.
- All orders are shipped using USPS 1st class mail unless requested otherwise. (fees may apply)
RETURNS:
- No returns.
- Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
- Size exchanges may be made within 7 days of receipt.
